Our Baby's Development This Week-Week 34

Your baby now gains more in weight than he or she does in length. The babys bones continue to harden, but the skull bones remain softer and separated, enabling the baby to squeeze through the birth canal during delivery.

Each week, your baby grows just slightly in length, but may gain up to a pound.

Ultrasound Pictures!

We went for another ultrasound today and we got some pictures of Ewan Jack Cox! The technician said this time she was 99.9% sure that it's a boy - and we even saw something to prove it. She also said everything looked good and that he's about 4lb 7oz right now.

In case you can't tell what you're looking at here's an explanation:

Our Baby's Development This Week-Week 32

Your baby may begin to settle into the head-down position at this stage. Now, the top portion of the uterus is larger and better able to accommodate the babys bottom and folded legs.

From head to toe, your baby is between 17-18 inches.

Prenatal Classes!

Well, we started attending our prenatal classes this past Thursday. It was somewhat useful, but also alittle boring, just ask Zach who almost fell asleep! One of the exercises we did was put clothes pins on our earlobes and that was supposed to compare to the contractions that I am going to feel during labour. If that's true then I'm in for a world of hurt cause those pins killed!!! We couldn't believe how much those little things hurt, afterwards Zach turned to me and "I'm sorry"! The most exciting part of the 2 hour long class was when one of the instructors had to run out several times to be sick, just what us pregnant ladies needed, some else being sick! Hopefully next week will be more entertaining and less hot in the room (all us girls were dying from the heat and all the guys were trying to fan us and make us more comfort, that wasn't an easy job).

Check out some of our baby stuff!
