38 Weeks!

Our Baby's Development This Week-Week 38

Your baby's growth has slowed down a great deal, with the exception of fat production. Because of space limitations, the baby bends his or her arms and legs, holding them close to the body.

Your baby is probably close to 6 pounds or more at this stage.

Our Baby's Development This Week-Week 37

By this time, the baby has developed a firm grasp, has practiced breathing, and automatically turns toward light sources! Your babys body becomes fuller and rounder as body fat continues to rise.

Your baby continues to grow and may be about 20 inches from head to toes.

35 Weeks!

Our Baby's Development This Week-Week 35

Many women notice a drop when the baby settles into the pelvis. The baby almost always drops into the pelvis in a head down position.

Head to rump, your baby is about the size of a ruler.
